Maximilien
10 years building systems.
So teams ship better. Faster. With peace of mind.
My approach
I don't code features. I build systems that let you ship them.
After 10 years, one conviction: what slows teams down is rarely the code. It's the fog around it. Poorly defined processes, missing tools, bridges never built between roles. So I formalize. I standardize. I reduce cognitive load on everything possible — so energy goes where it matters: novel problems.
I'm my own guinea pig. Every tool I share, I've worn down myself first. AI changed me: I don't note down ideas anymore, I launch them. The bottleneck is no longer time, it's what I choose to dig into. And when I lead a team, it's to install paradigms that accelerate everyone — not just deliver my part of the work.
Expertise
4 pillars that reinforce each other. From code to infra, from testing to process.
AI Engineering
AI is not a gadget. It's a multiplier. I build agents, workflows, systems that turn an idea into parallel exploration.
Quality
The frontend lies. Too many layers between code and what users see. I test what runs, not what's written. Playwright hits the browser — the real judge.
Infrastructure
Code isn't enough. You need infrastructure that supports delivery. Kubernetes orchestrates. Kafka unlocks async. Complex processes, serene deployments.
Tooling
A good tool beats good docs. Always. I build what's missing. I'm my own guinea pig — if it doesn't serve me daily, it doesn't ship.
